Caregiving and Parkinson's Disease
Parkinson's Disease is the second most common neurodegenerative disease in the world, next to Alzheimers
Dr. Patricia Gifford is a retired geriatrician and a caregiver for her husband, who has had Parkinson's Disease for twenty years. She is a facilitator for one of the TVC caregiver support groups and will share her insights from both perspectives. This event can be attended in-person at 245 Waterman Street in the 5th floor conference room or via Zoom. Please register to receive the Zoom link if you are attending virtually! Please email Caroline if you wish to attend in-person.
If attending in-person, feel free to bring a bagged lunch! Water and coffee provided.
