Please join us at our next session in our Demystifying series, From Alive to Thrive: Housing and Care Options for Older Adults.
This discussion will explore the maze of current long-term services and supports as they currently exist, and how a reimagined and redesigned approach will transform the system and improve lives. It will be led by Rick Gamache, Chief Executive Officer of Aldersbridge Communities.
With over forty years’ experience working in and operating caring communities for older adults across three New England states, Richard Gamache has developed expertise in virtually all sectors of long-term services and support, specializing in culture change innovations such as elder-friendly hospital emergency departments, person-centered care models, and strategic partnerships.
Gamache is Chief Executive Officer of Aldersbridge Communities, a Rhode Island based not-for-profit continuum of affordable assisted living communities and rehabilitation programs. He holds a master’s degree in health services administration from Salve Regina University and is an adjunct faculty member at Rhode Island College where he teaches courses in leadership and long-term care.
Gamache currently serves on the board of the RI Quality Institute and Leading Age RI, and is past president/chair of The Eden Alternative and the RI Health Care Association.
