Volunteer

Burrillville Village is a great place to make a difference in peoples' lives by volunteering your time! There are many ways to be of help to our members:

Direct services to members:

• Being a volunteer driver
• Providing tech support
  
• Being available to do minor errands
  
• Help with small chores
  
• Serving as an "ambassador" helping potential members signing up for membership
  

Indirect help to the organization like serving on a social-activities committee or a publicity committee.

All volunteers for The Village Common of RI undergo a criminal background check and, for those who drive members or do errands for members, a check of their driving records. Volunteers are also provided training to carry out tasks that might be unfamiliar to them, and other volunteers are always willing to provide support!
